Ballou Justice Upton Architects was recently recognized by the Virginia School Plant Management Association, at their Annual Conference,  for our dedication and support of improving Virginia Schools. The Virginia School Plant Management Association is an outstanding organization that focuses on school plant management, maintenance, energy management and environmental control.  BJUA is continuously working with the VSPMA to help enhance school facilities throughout Virginia.
