    The Commonwealth Club, Richmond, Virginia

Ballou Justice Upton provided design services for renovations, kitchen upgrades and a Master Plan for this historically significant three story building. Renovations included extensive interior and exterior modifications for conformance with current life safety requirements throughout the building in order to expand banquet needs. The addition of a 1,200 square foot Banquet Room was carefully designed to complement the existing architecture. Also included was expansion of parking.
