Ballou Justice Upton Architects is honored to announce that Dian Paulin won “Planner of the Year” at the 2017 Virginia Chapter of Association for Learning Environments (VA4LE)/Virginia Department of Education Conference. Dian is an Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP) and NCIDQ certified. She was recognized for her outstanding work over the past 25 years in educational planning and interior design providing exceptional learning environments for our students.
